Terms of Service – Laksh360

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Laksh360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Laksh360 is a personal productivity and task management platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
Share your account credentials with others

3. Account Registration

To use Laksh360, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@laksh360.in of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create within Laksh360 (tasks, notes, goals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code of Laksh360 are the property of Laksh360 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laksh360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
